With the vast amount of open calls that have recently launched, it can be hard to keep track of what is what. That is why we have created this useful round-up to help you stay up-to-date with some of the most exciting funding opportunities. In order of their application deadline:
Future City Open Call
FIWARE iHub Future City offers municipalities and tech companies the opportunity to pitch their smart city challenge or solution during the Dutch Future City Conference on September 19th in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Present in front of an audience of more than 250 planning professionals, data experts and tech companies.
Be sure to get your applications in before August 12th. Selected applicants will be granted free access to the event, 4 minutes to present their challenge or solution and a stand in the main room to continue the discussion with attendees. IOF2020 Open Call
IOF2020 has launched an open call last month to allow new use case teams to join the IOF2020 journey within the Internet of Food and Farm to create more impact on the European farming and food sector.
The open call is aimed at projects with a high level of technical feasibility and innovation, a high impact on the supply chain, as well as a strong economic sustainability, also in new regions.

CloudiFacturing Open Call
CloudiFacturing has launched its first open call for application experiments with use cases within the context of cloudification of production engineering for predictive digital manufacturing. Economic support will be provided for the development of new ideas that will help SME’s to launch their products.
The call particularly welcomes use cases that stimulate manufacturing processes or manufacturing tools; leverage factory data to learn from it, and optimize manufacturing processes and/or manufacturability of goods. Proposals can receive up to €100,000 in funding.
The duration of the experiments is expected to be 12 months. The submission deadline is September 30th. For more information about this open call, visit the I4MS website.
SynchroniCity Open Call
The SynchroniCity open call launched last month and will continue to run until September 30th. The purpose of the call is to create a global market for human-centered IoT-enabled urban services which are interoperable, replicable and reusable across cities and across domains.
The call is aimed at companies that can provide an IoT data-enabled application or a full stack solution, as well as cities that will help create and sustain a global and agile market for IoT-enabled urban services. Be sure to apply for the chance to receive up to €300.000 in funding.

IMPACT Connected Car Open Call
Great news! IMPACT Connected Car recently launched its second and final open call. It aims at creating value link-chains for innovation in the Connected Car Open Space.
Projects selected will be able to take advantage of coaching and training from experts in the field of business, technology, funding and corporations. In addition, startups will have access to up to €60,000 per startup in grants and up to €50,000 per startup equity free.
