Preparations for the next FIWARE Global Summit in the beautiful City of Málaga, Spain are in full swing. Join innovators, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, startups and investors on November 27th and 28th for great software releases, business and disruptive technology!
We hereby invite the entire FIWARE Community to take an active part in designing the next FIWARE Summit. Do you have an interesting topic, use case, demo or idea you would like to share or present to an audience? Or perhaps you have a workshop idea you’d like to put forward? We’d like to help make that happen!
This Summit will introduce a new track devoted to Smart Energy and the Open Source for Energy transition to create a sustainable Energy Ecosystem. This exciting new topic will join the existing tracks on Smart Cities, Smart Agrifood, Smart Industry and Tech.

We therefore ask those who are interested in contributing to provide at least a title and an abstract for their proposal using the following survey. Be sure to submit your proposal by September 14th, 2018.
Contributions should cover one or more of the following categories:
- Developers / Technology
- Smart AgriFood
- Smart Cities
- Smart Energy
- Smart Industry
Cross Topics:
- AI (Machine Learning / Swarm Intelligence)
- Blockchain
- IoT
- Robotics
- Data Economy / Sovereignty
The focus areas within these tracks will be:
- Use cases and exchange of experiences using FIWARE
- Adoption beyond Europe
- iHubs
- Startups / accelerators / investors
