Meet Our Co-Exhibitors

HOPU – FIWARE Foundation Gold Member HOPU design innovative cities thanks to the deployment of Smart Points of Interaction, which allow to create a multi directional communication channel among citizens, visitors and cities, establishing co-creation, culture sharing and environmental control open tools.
Kommunal 4.0 – Kommunal 4.0 offers local authorities and cities, as well as science and business a common space to inform themselves about the current topics of digitization, to exchange ideas and to develop solutions together.
Martel and Orchestra Cities – Aims at building a collaborative space for shaping a sustainable and participatory future for our cities, where citizens can share data from their devices with other citizens, businesses can easily build services on top of APIs shared across different cities, and cities can benefit from data published by other cities to create analysis and forecast.
Naevatec and OpenVidu – Openvidu is an abstraction layer over Kurento that simplifies the management of Media Streams to be used as IoT-like data generators. ElasTests simplifies the testing of complex systems, such as FIWARE applications.
NEC – The NEC FIWARE Platform is a cloud-based IoT data linkage platform service that supports the concept of “data utilization” in Society 5.0 and SDGs. The Data Utilization across areas is possible by standardizing and collaborating with various data and sensors in the city or even between the partner cities.
NTELS – NTELS can connect urban infrastructures using their platform, collect and analyze data in real time by adopting the Internet of Everything (IoE) that makes things smarter and people more capable, and provide context-aware personalized smart services.
Smart World by FIWARE – The Smart World by FIWARE perfectly showcases how FIWARE is powering up Smart Cities with connected mobility, highlighting various domains and their interactions, with a clear focus on Smart City, Mobility, Industry, Agrifood, and Energy.
Snap4City – Snap4City is 100% open source, secure encrypted, scalable, modular and flexible. It can be used to set up Living Lab and smart city solutions satisfying a large range of requirements of city officers, citizens, and tourists to developers, companies and researchers.
WiseTown by TeamDev – WiseTown stands for Web Information Stream Enhancer Town, a concept that perfectly describes the main idea of the technological ecosystem: to collect information from different sources of data to: organize, plan and manage urban development, to improve the quality of life of citizens.
FIWARE on Stage and More at #SCEWC19
At this edition of SCEWC, FIWARE Foundation will deliver two sessions on Smart Cities and the digital transformation as a part of the event. On 19 November from 13:45-14:30, FIWARE Foundation CTO Juanjo Hierro will be discussing ‘IoT, City Platforms & Standards in Expo Area’ in the South District Agora. On the next day (20 November), from 14:50-15:10, FIWARE Foundation CEO Ulrich Ahle will be taking the stage in Congress Area – Governance & Finance Room. He will talk about ‘Fueling city’s growth strategies toward smart economies’ as part of the session on ‘Data-Strategies: Principles, Standards, Digital Rights and Data Ethics’.
Be sure to also join us for a special book launch on 20 November from 12:00 to 12:30 at the FIWARE Booth (421). The Future City iHub launches the English version of their Smart City book, to which FIWARE Foundation CEO, Ulrich Ahle, has contributed: “A smart city, this is how you do it – Connected, flexible and meaningful: make the real future city”. Jan-Willem Wesselink (Program Manager, Future City Foundation) will present the book. Ulrich Ahle will present the power and importance of the Context Broker for Smart Cities.
