I4MS, short for ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs, is “a European initiative supporting manufacturing SMEs and mid-caps in the widespread use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in their business operations.” I4MS offers its Community of variety of things, including innovative technologies, a skills observatory, best practises, and fantastic open calls that will allow SMEs to apply for funding and technical assistance to support their digital transformation. Here are three open calls that will no doubt be of interest to manufacturing SMEs in Europe.
“Awarding the best projects in additive manufacturing, CPS, IoT, robotics, HPC or laser technologies.”
1. Disruptors Awards
The Disruptors Awards is a competition that aims to award the most innovative experiments and best cases in additive manufacturing, CPS, IoT, robotics, HPC or laser technologies.
Open to all SMEs that have received technological and financial support from the Innovation Actions that are part of the I4MS initiative, it will select the best cases illustrating a company’s ability to innovate and implement ICT technologies to meet its business needs, bring radical innovation to their sector and capacity of achieving national or international scale.
